What can you expect from us?

• Implementation and realization of projects in the field of backup, archiving, and data (disk) storage
• Service support for clients in the operation and development of these systems
• Consulting and training for users Consulting and training users
• Technical support for the sales team in designing optimal solutions and presenting technical options (presales)

How do we imagine you?

• You have a high school/university degree in IT
• You are familiar with backup and storage solutions (experience is an advantage)
• You are proficient in MS Windows administration; knowledge of Linux/Unix is a big plus
• Advanced knowledge of computer networks is welcome
• You are independent, flexible, and communicative
• You like to learn and move forward – with us, you will often encounter new technologies
• Advanced English (written and spoken)
• Driver’s license, category B

What can we offer you?

The work is flexible. We are an IT company based in Prague and we have a second office in Ostrava. Although to work remotely is a possibility, some occasional meetings and absorbing new knowledge in the office will be needed. We will support you in balancing your family and work life. We pride ourselves on a personal approach to our customers and each other, which is why we are looking for someone who will be willing to be a part of our team, participate and support us. In order to know what awaits you with us, and also so you can see up front that we are not indifferent to your development, we have a predefined development program in which you will be guided by our company coach. There is an informal friendly atmosphere in the office, and we care about mutual trust and team spirit. The team is most often formed on our weekend teambuilding, which we spend with our life partners somewhere in the wellness in the mountains or during the Pentecost celebration in the company garden. We never let anyone down: when a problem arises, we look for a solution together.

Full-time work with an asap start would be most welcome, but we will be happy to wait for the right applicant.
